AutoXperts offers a concierge service by using its sources (Auction, Dealer Partners, and Private Owner – just to name a few) to locate and purchase a vehicle best matching the Customer’s profile. Included with the purchase, the Customer will also receive optional finance terms through our related lenders. Below is a description if our process:

1. Customer creates his/her profile in our system

2. AutoXperts provides the Customer with a Purchase Order which will include the following: Sale price, Dealer fee of $299, Sales Tax (varies by county), and Title Transfer Fee of $125. Additionally, the Customer will be presented with optional financing terms which include (finance fees, interest rate, terms, and monthly payments).

3. Once our Customer has created this profile and it has been reviewed by Concierge Representative, the Customer will pay 25% deposit of the sale price, including all fees, if not financing. However, if the Customer will be financing the ultimate purchase, then 25% of the down payment approved by the lender will be required. Example,($3000 Down Payment, then the Auto Concierge Service Deposit it $750). This amount will be applied to down payment at the closing and delivery of vehicle to the Customer.

4. AutoXperts will have 30 days to find and purchase the vehicle requested along with a copy of an AutoCheck History Report and detailed description including photos for the Customer. Once the Customer approves the purchase of the vehicle to the buyer.

5. Once the vehicle is purchased, a date for delivery will be set. At delivery, the Customer will produce the remaining balance 75% of the down payment will be collected along with any stipulations requested by the dealer.

In the event the vehicle requested has not been located within the allotted 30-day agreement period, the deposit will be completely refunded to the Customer. At the Customer’s request, the agreement can be extended for an additional 30 days. Once the auto requested has been purchased by AutoXperts within the purchase dates agreed on, no refunds  will be issued. Instead a credit will be issued towards the purchase of any existing auto in our inventory. AutoXperts provides one complementary oil change, exterior and interior detailing of the auto, and a limited warranty (30 days or 1000 miles (whichever comes first) motor/transmission). If financed, a Global Position Unit is added as and additional protection to your factory alarm at no cost (includes free monitoring). Optional service contract available at an additional cost.
